How much is shipping?
We offer discounted USPS and UPS shipping rates based on weight and distance. You can estimate the shipping charges when you add an item to your cart by entering your country, state and zip code.
International shipping is also based on weight and varies for each individual country. Once you enter the shipping address at checkout the amount will be calculated and displayed on the page.
Our goal is to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day. We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
In stock items normally ship within 1-2 business days.
For items that we have to order, marked Available - ships in 3-5 business days, we'll ship them as soon as we get them.
If you order In Stock and Available items in the same order, we normally hold the entire order until everything arrives.
If you need In Stock items right away, please order them separately from Available items.
What is Shorelinehobby.com's Return Policy?
You may return item(s) in salable condition within 30 days of purchase. Since most of the items we sell require assembly, please read the product info to make sure you are purchasing what you want. Please include a copy of the original paper work and/or order number with returned item(s). Upon our receipt of the item(s), you will receive a refund for the amount of the item(s) returned, shipping excluded. Once the returned item(s) are received, the credit will be processed. If we make a mistake on your order, you will not be charged return shipping. All items must be returned to the following address:

Please note that the Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless it's our error. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot accept returns on airbrushes, compressors, or any item made to order. We also cannot accept any returns on single bottle paints (open stock).
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
If your box arrives damaged, contact shorelinehobby.com right away to put in a claim. We will contact the shipping company with the claim information, and typically within two to six business days the issue gets resolved.
What happens if my item is missing parts?
Because we are only a retailer and not the manufacturer of the items we sell, we do not have replacement parts for kits. If you receive an item that is missing parts (or has defective parts), please contact us immediately and we will put you in contact with the manufacturer to get replacement parts. Many manufacturers refuse to work directly with retailers in situations like this, and only work with consumers. Because of this we will do our best to help put you in contact with the manufacturer. If we are able to get the parts, we will be happy to help!
What if I am missing part of my order?
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately after delivery. We will ensure that you receive your complete order. We apologize, but we are unable to fix missing item issues for orders that have been delivered over 21 days ago.
