Stock Policy
We are always striving to increase the number of items we stock in order to fulfill and ship orders more quickly. But with tens of thousands of items available we just can’t stock multiples of everything. By partnering with our suppliers we are able to offer many more items while keeping storage costs low. This benefits you, our valued customers.
We update our inventory frequently and strive for a 100% order fulfillment rate. If an error happens and we are unable to fill your order promptly we will advise you of the situation. In general you will have the option of waiting until the product is available, substituting another item or getting a refund.
“Available” Items
Items marked "Available" are not in stock, but our suppliers report that the item is available from them. It generally takes 3-4 business days to bring the product in from our suppliers, for a total lead time of about 3-5 business days.
If you order both “In Stock” and “Available” items we normally hold everything until we can complete your order.
